In a rugged, open location and surrounded by nesting grounds for rare birds, the restoration of a Grade II * Cottage was a challenge.

Restoring this site involved transporting several tons of materials by helicopter and boat, camping on site and working to an incredibly tight schedule. The building won first prize at the British Building Maintenance Awards.
