Designing a new HQ for a growing local company on a site with various constraints was an interesting and collaborative process.

Design details
Designed to cater for the client’s specific needs for expanding their business, the building includes for an open- plan office, private offices, meeting rooms, staff facilities and stores. The proposed positioning on the site, placement of window openings and use of tall fenestration allows for full advantage to be taken of the spectacular views over Eryri. The modern yet durable proposed finishes will allow for this structure to stand out amongst neighbouring units.
