Full restoration of a prominent town centre building on a prominent junction of Holyhead High St, with the proposed use being a café on the ground floor and dance studio above.
Design details
The three- storey- high structure provided plenty of floor space to provide the brief, albeit an interesting challenge in terms of separating both uses. The design intent was to ensure that a comfortable and functional space is provided within whilst ensuring that the building envelope is sensitively restored and protected.
