Project brief
Designed to follow the graded contours of the site, this purpose-built, multi-million pound development houses a Disability Respite service along with an Inclusive Support day centre for our client, Conwy County Borough Council.

Design details
Form reflects function here, with the courtyard design intended to reflect the feeling of support and sanctuary provided within. We worked closely with the client to fulfil their vision of achieving a highly bespoke, practical setting for the end user, with the plans incorporating five self- contained apartments as well as communal areas, providing the option for individuals to join social events if they so choose all within a well-designed space.
