The conversion of this Grade 2 listed existing outbuilding which forms part of the Glynllifon Farm Estate and Grwp Llandrillo Menai Agricultural College, into a series of learning spaces, classrooms, dog grooming facilities, laboratories, kitchen and staff and common rooms.

Showcasing the original architectural features such as the original trusses and stonework was the primary design focus throughout, allowing for the history of the building to prevail in some way in each space, with the project winning a Green Apple Award in the Place of Education and Traditional Skills & Materials categories in 2022.
