Extensive refurbishment, restoration work and a contrasting extension to the Former HSBC bank in Holyhead Town Centre to convert the iconic building into a tap room and restaurant with holiday accommodation units to the upper floors.
Design details
Working closely with and managing a wider team of consultants to take the project from concept to completion, the project is headed for completion late 2025. The design went through many iterations to arrive at the finalized scheme which was able to fulfil the client brief within budget.
