Design details

Retaining the many mature trees and existing hedging to the perimeter of the site was a key constraint which helped shape the site layout and allowed for comfortable green spaces to exist between the dwellings, each plot fully complying with Welsh Development Quality Requirements. Of modest design and finishes, the development was designed to fit in with the local vernacular with the use of render and slate roofs.

We were delighted to be guided by DEWIS as they prepared a feasibility study for us in Deiniolen. Their interest in history and old buildings was an essential quality for the project. It was so easy to work with them.
